Home Surveys

Our Surveyors are fully trained and qualified.

Our Surveyors will come to your home or site address and discuss with you what your requirements are and what you are trying to achieve, for this reason we prefer to be met on site by the client.

They will make a thorough inspection of the area where the appliance, be it stove or cooker, is to go and access the current situation. From this they will then be able to ascertain which models will suit your needs and what other works may be required. They will then collate all the information and put it on a quotation for you.

Please see our 'Selecting a stove' page which will give you further information why we always carry out a survey before we install a stove

This is a no obligation quotation and lasts for two calendar months as from the date of the quotation.

We do advise you to come and have a look around our showrooms before the survey as this will give you an idea of what the choice of stoves are, what they look like, their size and see their efficiency as we do have stoves live in both our Chichester and Midhurst showrooms. Then you can discuss with our Surveyor what you have seen and any other questions you may have.
The appointment usually lasts approximately an hour.

Survey Fee
The majority of surveys are free of charge with a few exceptions please contact us to arrange an appointment and to clarify if a charge applies.
