Usually people use this term in error when they want to say
Multi-fuel Stove.
If it was taken literally it would mean the stove would just
burn anthracite alone. Stoves usually come as Multi-fuel or wood,
very rarely does a stove just specify that you can solely burn
anthracite on it. Having said that you can burn a Multi-fuel stove
with just anthracite but it does have the option of burning wood if
you choose. You usually hear this term for cookers as they do make
cookers that solely burn anthracite
